Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery coverage

We ship to all European Union member states. For destinations outside the EU — including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and non-EU countries — please contact us at info@uptide.eu before placing an order to confirm availability and compliance requirements.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no Uptide branding, no product descriptions, and no indication of the contents on the outside of any parcel. The return address and sender name are neutral.

Vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement during transit. Where applicable, insulated packaging is used to maintain appropriate storage temperatures.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking link. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If a package is officially confirmed as lost after 14 days from the expected delivery date, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Packages showing as "delivered" but not received must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We cannot accept claims after this window.

Customs & import duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For international shipments where customs applies, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Uptide is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that importing these compounds is lawful in their destination country. Uptide will not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as gifts.

Holidays & closures

We do not dispatch on Dutch public holidays. During holiday periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days. We will notify customers of any extended closures via our website.
