Uptide is a Dutch-registered supplier of pharmaceutical-grade reference compounds for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not pharmaceuticals, medicinal products, dietary supplements, or consumer goods. They are intended exclusively for use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory environments.

All products sold by Uptide are reference compounds for scientific research purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical trials, diagnostic applications, or therapeutic treatment of any kind.

By placing an order, the buyer explicitly confirms that the purchased compounds will be used solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. Uptide accepts no responsibility for any use of its products outside of this stated purpose.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Uptide. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Uptide reserves the right to request proof of age or professional credentials and to refuse any order at its discretion.

It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing, possessing, and using these compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction. Uptide does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for regulatory violations by customers.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity figures, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided for reference only and does not substitute for independent laboratory verification.

Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis documents are provided with every order. Purity values stated on product pages reflect third-party testing results for the relevant batch.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase and becomes binding only upon our written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders already confirmed, in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

All prices are listed in Euros and are inclusive of applicable Dutch VAT. Uptide reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Shipping and return procedures are described in full in our separate Shipping Policy and Refunds Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

You agree not to use the Uptide website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or to interfere with its security or availability.

All content on this website — including text, product images, and design — is the intellectual property of Uptide and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptide's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of its products is limited to the value of the order in question. Uptide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Uptide is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
